Let's set a timeline.
Part A: FEBRUARY 2019 - Part B: SEPTEMBER 2019
1. Check your contact information
2. Add your school on the Zeemap
3. Teachers introduce yourselves on the Padlet 2.1.
4. Students introduce yourselves on the Flipgrid or the Padlet 2.2.
5. Create a short video with any tool you like to introduce your school, city, village 2.3.
6. Find your contact, write and send the first letter 3.1, add the date on the letter spotting form. (surface mail is really slow, be patient).
7. Answer the pre-project short quiz on the countries you correspond with 2.4.
MARCH 2019 - OCTOBER 2019
If you are lucky, you must have received the first letters.
1. Add information you have learnt about the country you correspond with, in our blogspot.
2. Students, answer the short quiz which follows the letter 3.1.a
3. Start writing the second letter 3.2.
4. Add information about the countries you collaborate with, on our blogspot.
5. Answer the short survey.
6. Partners' live meeting One.
APRIL 2019 - NOVEMBER 2019
1. Submit your Logos to our project's logo contest. Deadline April 30, 2019.
2. Start writing your third letter. 3.3
3. Start submitting ideas on our epistolary e-book. Deadline May 15, 2019. A collection of imaginary postcards or letters with which we will create a story in the end.
4. Logo contest results.
5. Live meetings for students.
MAY 2019 - DECEMBER 2019
1. Start writing the fourth letter. For this letter you can choose any subject you prefer from 3.4 to 3.5. or if you prefer, you can combine both in one letter.
2. Second partners' live meeting.
3. Our collaborative epistolary e-story. (An imaginary puzzle story created by the the imaginary e-postcards - it can be as crazy as we like!)
4. Write a Happy Holiday postcard for every school or parnter you collaborate.
5. End of project quiz, "How much I have learnt about my partner?"
6. Collaborative e-book "What I have learnt about my pen pals' countries?" Collection of slides, you and your students created, with pictures and information about the countries our pen pals live. Deadline May 30, 2019.
JUNE 2019 - JANUARY 2020 end of project - (keep contact in a way we decide all together)
1. Evaluation
2. Dissemination
3. Create your etwinning corners
4. Publish your work on your school website and present it to the rest of your school staff.
5. Send a Have a Nice Holiday card to your partner schools.
6. Thank you for being part of our beautiful journey. I hope you made a lot of new friends.
I wish this never ends and you can use this twinspace to keep your connections or add even more, unitl we create a huge network of real friends for life, who started their friendships here. Imagine loving heartbeats of common understanding and real communication through e-twinning. Don't be afraid to reach your hands and open your hearts. This is the real meaning of POST.
